In December, Isaac Levendel gave a presentation at ICSSEA 2013 in Paris. The talk was accompanied by an article published in the September issue of Genie Logiciel. Both give the essential of our validated approach to economical development of quality software. The approach is based on the recognition that software is not homogeneous because it is designed and implemented by individuals who are fundamentally non homogeneous.
Engineering judgment is the essential tool available to guide development. It is impossible to blindly rely on questionable data.
